Interesting piece where (1) populist contractor bashing on the Hill meets (2) an understandable desire for accountability for Snowden style leaks. Also appears to reflect a backlash for NSA overreaches. The Intelligence Community is reluctant to share information on its contractor base or its operations (and there are good reasons for that). Intelligence community contractors would do well to stay ahead of this slowly rising sentiment and pay attention to internal controls.
